ERAZE consists of a highly potent mix of active ingredients comprised of plant stem cells from Swiss snow algae and edelweiss, a 72-hour moisture complex and aloe vera to ensure longlasting moisturization of the skin. It cleanses and supports the balance of the hydrolipid film and the skin’s natural protective barrier, soothes the skin by reducing any tendency towards irritations. ALOE VERA
Moisturizes, calms and soothes itchiness or irritation. It has anti-aging and antimicrobial properties, and is anti-inflammatory. Eradicates skin blemishes, diminishes age lines, and helps to increase the production of collagen.

Alternative preservatives
To combat the formation of microorganisms, HANZZ+HEIDII uses nature-identical preservatives, which occur in nature in the same composition, but cannot be obtained in the required quantity or quality. They are therefore synthetically reproduced with the help of chemical reactions, and are approved according to the BDIH natural cosmetics standard conventional preservatives. These do not irritate or dry out the skin.

How to use
How to use: Apply two to three pumps in the morning and evening on the face and neck (avoiding the eye contour area), massage in for a few moments and rinse off with water. Follow with VITALIZE Balancing Skin Softener for perfectly cleansed skin. Now your skin is ready for your daily skincare experience with the additional products of HANZZ+HEIDII skincare.

Note: Store in a cool, dry place. Keep away from children. Use within six months after opening.

  • Free Pickup from Geniki Taxydromiki: No minimum order required.
  • To-Door Delivery: €3.50 for orders below €70.
  • Free To-Door Delivery: Orders €70 and above.
  • Delivery Time: 2–7 working days.

Customs Information:
EU Customers (including Greece) do not pay customs fees, since all products are shipped from Cyprus (an EU member state).

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. In many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes:

  • 5–10 business days for us to receive your return from the shipper,
  • 3–5 business days for us to process your return once received,
  • 5–10 business days for your bank to process our refund request.
