Return & Refunds policy

• Items can be returned or returned not later than 5 days from the day you receive the item you purchased.
• The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging well sealed and unused.

Return & Refunds fees

• Please note that customers are responsible for covering both delivery and return fees based on the actual cost charged by the courier service. While we apply flat fees for delivery to remain competitive and attractive, these may differ from the actual courier charges.
• A return or refund will be processed once the product has been received at our store and inspected to ensure that all return conditions have been met.
