SHIPPING POLICY

Greece Delivery

We are happy to deliver your orders to Greece through our trusted courier partners, including Geniki Taxydromiki and DHL.

Choose the delivery option that works best for you:

• Free Door Delivery: Enjoy free delivery on orders of €50 and above.
• Door Delivery: A €3.50 delivery fee applies to orders below €50.
• Geniki Taxydromiki Pickup Point: Enjoy free delivery to your nearest Geniki Taxydromiki branch.
• DHL Commerce: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order.

Delivery Times

Our usual delivery time to Greece is 2–7 working days, depending on your delivery location and the courier service assigned to your order.

Delivery to remote or less accessible areas may take longer. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by public holidays, courier delays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking & Delivery Support

Once your order has been handed over to the assigned courier company, the delivery process is managed by the courier.

Your tracking number will be sent to your email address, provided that you have supplied one when placing your order. You can use this number to track your shipment and check its delivery status.

For questions about your shipment or its delivery status, we kindly recommend contacting the courier company assigned to your order directly.

If your order has not arrived within the expected 2–7 working days, or you experience any issues with your delivery, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will be happy to assist you.

RETURNS POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase and will always do our best to make your experience with Green Life as pleasant as possible.

We offer a 5-day return period for eligible non-edible products, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

You may request a return within 5 days of delivery, provided that the item is unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging.

Non-Returnable Products

Edible products, food supplements, and other consumable products cannot be returned for hygiene, safety, and product quality reasons, except where the product is defective or you have received an incorrect item. Any applicable statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Return Shipping Costs

If you decide to return an eligible product for personal reasons, we kindly ask you to cover the shipping cost for returning the item to us.

If you would like to exchange a product or receive a replacement for reasons unrelated to damage, defects, or an error on our part, we kindly ask you to cover the shipping cost of sending the new product to you as well.

All shipping costs are calculated according to the actual rates charged to Green Life by the courier service, with no additional shipping markup.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

We are truly sorry if something is not right with your order. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. Our team will be happy to assist you and find the best possible solution.

In these cases, Green Life will cover all applicable shipping costs related to resolving the issue, including the return of the affected product and the delivery of a replacement, where applicable.
