Dissolve the measured resin in water or warm tea, keeping the liquid at 39°C or below. Do not use boiling liquid.
Allow approximately 15–20 minutes for the resin to dissolve completely, then stir thoroughly before drinking.
The measured resin can also be consumed directly.
Do not exceed the maximum recommended daily intake of 0.6 g.
