This product is a unique blend of 6-year-old Korean Red Ginseng extract and other natural herbs such as Korean reishi extract, Chaga mushroom extract, jujube extract, and Aronia berry extract.
Take 1 sachet dissolved in warm water (but not too hot, to preserve its health benefits) 3 times a day. For best results, use the product for more than 3-4 months. Take this tea in the following pattern: three weeks of use, then a two-week break, then back to three weeks of use followed by a two-week break again, and so on.
Avoid exposure to high temperatures or direct sunlight, and store in a cool, dry place.
