Pumpkin ( Cucurbita pepo ) is a large plant whose large fruit contains numerous flat, oval white seeds. Once shelled, these seeds reveal their green almonds. These pumpkin seed almonds are offered to you here, under the common name of "pumpkin seeds".

Pumpkin seeds are very nutritious and very interesting from a nutritional point of view. Indeed, their particular composition of proteins and vegetable fats as well as trace elements makes them a food of choice.

100 years ago, farmers in Steiermark (Austria) discovered a pumpkin with seeds without shells, dark green in color, with a very pronounced taste and very rich in protein (close to 35%).

Returns Policy
