Take one teaspoon (around 5–10 g) daily. Enjoy it straight from the jar, drizzle over oatmeal, yogurt or toast, or stir into warm tea or drinks for a soothing effect. For mild throat discomfort, a spoonful may provide gentle support.
Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Natural colour variation and crystallisation may occur with pure honey—this does not affect the quality. Warm the jar gently in a water bath if necessary.
