YOUR
DAILY RITUAL
Life’s little rituals are best kept simple; like brewing a cup of tea or losing yourself in a good book. So why should your protein shake be any different?
And yet… so many of the protein powders on the market are far from simple. Packed full of artificial sweeteners, colours, flavourings and preservatives; the ingredient lists read more like a science experiment than a health promoting shake.
It is clear that these products are much more complicated than they need to be. Which is why RITUAL is all about keeping things simple.
Ritual is made with organic pea, hemp and quinoa protein; a hint of natural flavour, and nothing else. We then deliver it straight to your door via carbon neutral delivery.
Like most of life’s rituals, it’s another thing that’s best kept simple. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
WHAT'S INSIDE?
INGREDIENTS
BREAKDOWN
We use the highest quality plant based ingredients to make RITUAL the healthiest and natural protein powder. See for yourself what’s inside.
FERMENTED YELLOW PEA PROTEIN
Our organic yellow pea protein contains over 80% protein by weight. Gently fermented for easier digestion and a superior amino acid profile.
COLD PRESSED HEMP PROTEIN
The perfect plant based protein, hemp contains all the essential amino acids your body needs for growth and repair. Cold pressed for maximum nutritional value.
QUINOA PROTEIN
Quinoa is a seed native to South America that contains all nine essential amino acids. Our quinoa protein powder contains over 50% protein by weight.
ORGANIC COCOA POWDER
Cocoa is packed with antioxidants and the mood-boosting compound theobromine. Our cocoa powder is certified organic, fairly traded and recommended by Food Empowerment Project for its ethical growing conditions.
PINK HIMALAYAN SALT
Contains 82 different trace minerals to replenish electrolytes lost through sweat.
STEVIA EXTRACT
Stevia is an all natural, zero calorie alternative to sugar that has been used by native South American tribes for over 1500 years.
KONJAC FIBRE
Konjac is a sea vegetable that helps to provide a smooth texture and even dispersion of ingredients. Konjac fibre is found in the flavoured varieties of RITUAL to ensure a delicious taste every time.
HEAVY METAL TESTED
According to a 2018 study by Clean Label Project, alarming levels of heavy metals such as arsenic, mercury and lead have been found in some of the most popular protein products on the market. These included brands such as Sunwarrior, Vega, Garden of Life, Optimum Nutrition and Quest.
OUR APPROACH
Heavy metals find their way into protein powders when big brands grow ingredients on huge industrial farms with poor soil quality and heavy reliance on chemical fertilisers and pesticides. They then skip the all important heavy metal checks to save their precious profit margins, resulting in protein powders that are potentially toxic to our health.
Seeing this research made us even more determined to produce the healthiest, cleanest and safest on the planet. This is why we only source the highest quality ingredients and batch test our products to ensure they are 100% safe.
HOW TO USE
Add 1 scoop of RITUAL to your blender or shaker with 250ml liquid (water, coconut water, nut milk) and other ingredients of your choice. Mix well and enjoy!
