The product contains just one ingredient – 100% xylitol (E967). It can be used as an alternative to conventional sugar in everyday foods and drinks, including coffee, tea, desserts, cakes, baking recipes and homemade chocolate.

Xylitol provides approximately 40% fewer calories than conventional sugar while offering a similar level of sweetness. Replacing sugar with xylitol in foods and drinks induces a lower blood glucose rise after consumption compared with sugar-containing foods and drinks.
