Rå Hygge BIO Reishi Mushroom Coffee is an organic, medium-roasted whole-bean coffee combining premium Arabica coffee with concentrated Reishi mushroom extract.

The blend contains 98% organic Arabica coffee beans and 2% organic dual-extracted Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum). Based on the declared 2% formulation, each recommended 14 g serving provides approximately 280 mg of Reishi extract, while the complete 227 g bag contains 4,540 mg.

Rå Hygge uses a dual-extracted Reishi extract made from organic mushroom fruiting bodies. The extract is standardised to 30% polysaccharides, providing a consistent mushroom component in every serving.

The organic Arabica coffee is sourced from small organic farmer cooperatives in Peru and roasted in small batches at Rå Hygge's craft roastery in Southern Sweden.

A dedicated after-roast process is used to create a low-acid coffee with a pH of approximately 6.0, compared with the lower pH commonly found in conventional coffee. The medium roast offers a smooth, full-bodied flavour with a subtle earthy and umami character from the Reishi extract.

As a whole-bean coffee, it can be freshly ground according to your preferred brewing method and is suitable for filter coffee, pour-over, French press and espresso.

The product is EU Organic, vegan, gluten-free and non-GMO.
