It is widely known that with two dumbbells and a simple bench we can replace most of the equipment in a gym and that we can train most muscle groups : biceps, triceps, shoulders, back, trapezius, chest, quadriceps, biceps, calves. What is difficult though, is that for each muscle group, we need a different weight. This means that we need to have a full set of dumbbells since we need to increase and decrease the weights after the end of the exercise for each muscle group.

The solution is offered by VIKING‘s excellent quality – adjustable dumbbells – Iron Flex Reloaded.

With a simple twist of the adjuster you have a full range of weight options from 2.5 to 24kg.

Thus we save a lot of space, reduce the time of changing the weights to a minimum and avoid any kind of inconvenience.

The VIKING adjustable dumbbells are also available individually, so it is not necessary to buy them in pairs.

    • Adjusts to 2.5 – 3.5 – 4.5 – 5.5 – 6.5 – 8 – 9 – 10 – 11.5 – 13.5 – 16 – 18 – 20.5 – 22.5 – 24 kg.

Special note: Adjustable dumbbells should be carefully placed on their special base, without being “thrown” from a height or abruptly , otherwise we are quite likely to harm them.

Greece Delivery

Our usual delivery time to Greece is 2–7 working days, depending on your delivery location and the courier service assigned to your order.

Delivery to remote or less accessible areas may take longer. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by public holidays, courier delays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking & Delivery Support

Once your order has been handed over to the assigned courier company, the delivery process is managed by the courier.

RETURNS POLICY

Return Shipping Costs

If you decide to return an eligible product for personal reasons, we kindly ask you to cover the shipping cost for returning the item to us.

If you would like to exchange a product or receive a replacement for reasons unrelated to damage, defects, or an error on our part, we kindly ask you to cover the shipping cost of sending the new product to you as well.

All shipping costs are calculated according to the actual rates charged to Green Life by the courier service, with no additional shipping markup.
