OstroVit Isotonic Powder Lemon-Mint is a powdered food supplement for preparing a flavoured isotonic drink. The formula combines glucose with electrolytes (sodium, potassium, calcium and magnesium), vitamins C and B6, BCAAs, L-carnitine tartrate and L-glutamine.

Each 10 g serving (1.5 scoops) mixed with 300 ml of water provides 25 kcal, 6.1 g of carbohydrates, 139 mg of sodium, 300 mg of potassium, 120 mg of calcium and 56.25 mg of magnesium. It is sweetened with sucralose and acesulfame K and contains sugar.
