Genius Nutrition HYDRA-X5 is a complete electrolyte powder formulated to provide five essential electrolytes – sodium, potassium, magnesium, calcium and chloride – in every 5.5 g serving.

Each serving provides 488.16 mg potassium, 368 mg sodium, 100 mg magnesium, 82.5 mg calcium and 480 mg chloride, making HYDRA-X5 a convenient option for supplementing electrolytes during an active lifestyle.

The formula also contains 550 mg of Genius Nutrition® SR-Complex, combining beetroot, açaí, acerola and cranberry. The acerola extract is standardised to 25% vitamin C and provides 25 mg vitamin C per serving, equivalent to 31% of the EU NRV.

Vitamin C contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, the normal function of the immune system and the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance, normal muscle function and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

HYDRA-X5 contains no added sugar and is suitable for vegans. It is also gluten-free and lactose-free.
