SLEEP delivers an incredible 11 ingredients formula, featuring 300 milligrams of the well studied ZMA (magnesium bisglycinate, zinc bisglycinate and vitamin B6). We then added a blend of natural herbal extracts as organic ashwagandha root extract (KSM-66®), magnolia extract and apigenin, along with a blend of amino acids (theanine, glycine, tryptophan, inositol), to keep cortisol at bay and relax the brain. We eventually finished the formula with melatonin to help you fall asleep faster.

Suggested Use
Mix 1 rounded scoop in 200 ml of water or your favourite decaffeinated tea, preferably 30-60 minutes before bedtime. Do not use if you have been diagnosed with Addison’s disease or other forms of adrenal insufficiency.

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. In many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes:
- 5–10 business days for us to receive your return from the shipper,
- 3–5 business days for us to process your return once received,
- 5–10 business days for your bank to process our refund request.
