Suggested Use
As a dietary supplement, healthy adults start by mixing 1 level scoop in 300 ml of water to assess individual tolerance. If well tolerated, bring up the dose to 2 level scoops. For optimal results, it should be consumed about 20-30 minutes before your workout session. Do not exceed more than 2 level scoops per day.

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. In many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes:
- 5–10 business days for us to receive your return from the shipper,
- 3–5 business days for us to process your return once received,
- 5–10 business days for your bank to process our refund request.
