Take 1 to 30 drops in 4 oz (120 mL) of water, wait one minute before drinking. Begin with 1 drop (30 minutes before meals), gradually increasing up to 30 drops, 2-4 times daily, or as directed by a healthcare professional. Using the liquid dropper, add the drops into a 4 oz. glass of water (not distilled or reverse osmosis). Avoid placing drops in hot water. Let the drops rest in the water for at least one minute before consumption
