Adams Supplements ColonCare combines 285 mg of senna, cascara sagrada bark, psyllium seed husks, flaxseed, aloe vera and Lactobacillus acidophilus in every capsule. Taken one to two capsules at a time, the 30-capsule bottle can be used occasionally or as a programme of up to 15 days.
