Rå Hygge BIO Shiitake Mushroom Coffee is an organic espresso-ground specialty coffee combining Peruvian Arabica coffee with concentrated Shiitake mushroom extract.

The blend contains 98% organic Arabica coffee and 2% organic Shiitake (Lentinula edodes) extract. The complete 227 g package contains approximately 4,540 mg of Shiitake extract.

For espresso preparation, Rå Hygge recommends 7 g per single shot. Based on the declared 2% Shiitake formulation, each 7 g serving provides approximately 140 mg of Shiitake extract. A 14 g double espresso provides approximately 280 mg.

Rå Hygge uses dual-extracted Shiitake mushroom extract alongside organic Arabica beans sourced from small organic farming cooperatives in Peru. The coffee is craft roasted in small batches at the company's micro-roastery in Southern Sweden.

The Shiitake blend offers a rich coffee flavour with a savoury, earthy character and subtle umami notes. Rå Hygge's specialised after-roast process also produces a low-acid coffee with a pH of approximately 6.0 or higher.

This version is finely ground specifically for convenient espresso preparation, making it ready to use without grinding whole beans.

The product is organic, vegan and non-GMO.
