    DIRECTIONS FOR USE

    ➠ Workout days: Mix one scoop of product with 250-350ml of cold water or milk in your shaker cup. Cover and shake for 20-30 seconds. Consume one serving 30 minutes before workout and a second one immediately after workout. 

    ➠ Non-workout days: Consume one scoop of product in the morning and a second one between meals.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
