FEARLESS features 5 grams of the most studied form of creatine (creatine monohydrate) in a 200 mesh ultrafine and micronized version that has been shown to have a superior purity and absorption, and 3 grams of the anabolic agent HMB, which also amplify creatine benefits. We then added 5 milligrams of Bioperine® for maximum absorption and left out any filler, additive, GMO or toxic sweeteners that you won’t find in any of our products.

Suggested Use
As a dietary supplement, if you never supplemented your diet with creatine monohydrate and/or HMB, start by mixing 1 level scoop in 200 ml of water or in your favourite beverage and consume preferably after your workout. If well tolerated, take 2 level scoops divided in 2 daily doses. Do not exceed this recommended daily dose.
INCREASES STRENGTH AND POWER OUTPUT
Creatine works by fuelling muscles with more ATP, the energy currency they use for explosive movements and heavy lifting. It does that by increases your muscles stores of phosphocreatine, a compound readily converted to ATP. Studies have shown that combining creatine monohydrate and HMB results in significantly higher lean body mass and strength gains compared to supplementation with creatine alone.
BOOSTS PROTEIN SYNTHESIS
The increased energy availability from creatine and HMB also triggers muscle growth by signalling protein synthesis and reducing muscle breakdown. They do that by increasing levels of IGF-1, a growth factor crucial for muscle protein synthesis and activating mTOR, a key protein complex regulating protein synthesis.
OPTIMIZES RECOVERY RATE
Studies have shown that the combination of creatine plus HMB minimize protein breakdown in muscle cells after exercise, leading to faster repair and less soreness, and resulting in a net gain in muscle size. Some research indicates that especially HMB helps maintaining muscle function by reducing markers of muscle damage like creatine kinase and lactate dehydrogenase. This translates to quicker recovery and decreased training downtime.

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. In many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes:
