All orders are shipped via Express Delivery Courier.

Shipping and Delivery Options (for Cyprus):

Free Delivery to your door for orders over €70.
For orders under €50, delivery to your door is available for an additional €3.50, or free to your nearest ACS location.
For orders under €20, delivery to your door costs €3.50, and €2.00 for delivery to ACS.
Minimum order for delivery is €10.
Free pickup is available from our store with no minimum order requirement.

Delivery time: Typically requires 1 to 4 working days to complete the delivery.

Since delivery is managed by a third-party courier service, we are unable to guarantee specific delivery times. We strive to ensure timely dispatch; however, delays may occasionally occur that are outside of our control. 

Information on customs:

European citizens do not have to pay any customs since all of our products are shipped from Cyprus which is a member of the European Union.

Customs duty is charged to non-EU countries when the package reaches the destination country. If your package is delivered to a non-EU country, you will be required to pay customs and/or duties fees in order to collect your package.

Note that custom policies and import duties are different for each country. It is advisable to contact your country’s customs office before you proceed with purchasing from our store in order to be informed of all the amounts charged for purchasing the item of your choice.
