Directions

Take 1 to 30 drops in 4 oz (120 mL) of water, wait one minute before drinking. Begin with 1 drop (30 minutes before meals), gradually increasing up to 30 drops, 2-4 times daily, or as directed by a healthcare professional. Using the liquid dropper, add the drops into a 4 oz. glass of water (not distilled or reverse osmosis). Avoid placing drops in hot water. Let the drops rest in the water for at least one minute before consumption

Keep the bottle tightly closed in a dry place at room temperature (59-86°F or 15-30°C). Shake well before use. Do not use if pregnant or nursing. Stop use if adverse reactions develop.
