Ingredients

The cranberry, better known as the cranberry, is a plant native to North America, where it thrives in swampy, acidic soils such as peatlands. These perennial shrubs or vines have thin, woody stems, small, leathery leaves and pink to reddish bell-shaped flowers. The bright red, tart berries, about the size of cherries, are often used in sauces, juices and dried snacks.
