This premium cocoa contains 20-22% cocoa butter, giving it more body and a more intense sensory profile than lower-fat cocoa powders. It is made without flours, colourings or preservatives and is suitable for vegan, gluten-free and lactose-free diets.

How to Use

For hot chocolate, add 1 to 2 teaspoons of cocoa powder to a small amount of hot milk or plant-based drink. Stir well until dissolved, then add the rest of the liquid.

For a thicker texture, add a small amount of cornstarch or starch and heat gently while stirring.

You can also use it in smoothies, biscuits, cakes, creams or savoury recipes that use cocoa as an aromatic ingredient.
