➠ Ημέρες προπόνησης: Προσθέστε 1 μεζούρα στο σέικερ σας και ρίξτε 250 ml κρύο νερό. Σκεπάστε και ανακινήστε για 20-30 δευτερόλεπτα. Καταναλώστε 1 μεζούρα 30 λεπτά πριν από την προπόνηση και 1 ακόμη μεζούρα αμέσως μετά την προπόνηση.

➠ Ημέρες χωρίς προπόνηση: Καταναλώστε 1 μεζούρα το πρωί και 1 ακόμη μεζούρα ανάμεσα στα γεύματα.
