Τα τριγλυκερίδια μέσης αλυσίδας (MCTs) είναι λίπη που βρίσκονται φυσικά στα έλαια καρύδας και φοινικοπυρήνων. Αφομοιώνονται πιο εύκολα και γρήγορα από άλλα είδη λιπών. Προτεινόμενη χρήση
