This Cranberry is based on extracts. Extracts contain more active ingredients, requiring fewer capsules for similar effects compared to the raw form of the substance.
This means that it takes 10 parts of the original plant to make one part of the extract. It is a measure of the concentration of the extract. In other words, the extract is twenty times more concentrated than the original plant. For example, if you use 10 grams of the plant, you get 1 gram of extract.
