    ➠ Ημέρες προπόνησης: Αναμείξτε μία μεζούρα προϊόντος με 250-350ml κρύο νερό ή γάλα στο σέικερ σας. Κλείστε και ανακινήστε για 20-30 δευτερόλεπτα. Καταναλώστε μία μερίδα 30 λεπτά πριν την προπόνηση και μια δεύτερη αμέσως μετά την προπόνηση.

    ➠ Ημέρες μη προπόνησης: Καταναλώστε μία μεζούρα προϊόντος το πρωί και μια δεύτερη μεταξύ των γευμάτων.

    ↻ Μπορείτε να λάβετε περισσότερες μερίδες ανάλογα με την υπολογισμένη πρόσληψη πρωτεΐνης σας.
