Suggested Use
As a dietary supplement, healthy adults combine one serving size or two serving size with your favourite beverage or meal once or twice daily and mix thoroughly. For a richer flavour, mix 1 scoop with 150 ml of water or your favourite milk. For a lighter flavour, use 250 ml of liquid per scoop.
